Return and Exchange Policy
We will gladly accept returns of new, unused merchandise that is in its original packaging with tags.
You may return your purchase for a refund of the original merchandise value within 15 days.
Exchanges may be made within 30 days of purchase.
All Sale is Final Sale, and not eligible for refund or exchange.
Please note: No returns or exchanges on Personal embroidery.
Original receipts and tags on the items are required for any return or exchange. All returns and exchanges must include a completed form which can be downloaded here. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment (this does not include original shipping costs).
We want to ensure transparency regarding our refund policy. In the event that all items from an order are returned, the following will be credited:
- The tax amount associated with the order;
- The shipping cost (including the orders when a customer was not charged a shipping fee because the order value exceeded $80).

Shipping Errors & Damaged Products
Each item is individually wrapped and packaged with the utmost care. In the unlikely event that we process an order incorrectly or you receive a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace it or accept it for a full refund at our expense. We will provide a prepaid shipping label to expedite returns within the U.S. To receive a shipping label and arrange the replacement of your merchandise, please email our customer service team.
Please note: any damage resulting from incorrect washing or care procedures is not considered a defect and is ineligible for refund or replacement.
Gift Exchange
If you have been gifted LIVLY merchandise and would like to exchange it, we ask that you please mail the item(s) to us within 30 days following our Return Policy. Rest assured, the individual who purchased your original gift will not be notified of the exchange. For assistance in processing your gift exchange, please email our customer service team.
